I stopped in a couple of days ago and was greeted by the team as soon as I walked into the waiting area. It wasn’t busy at all, which made everything super smooth. Valerie was my budtender and helped me with my online order, then took the time to share some really helpful info about capsules. She also let me know about current deals and my personal ones. Somehow, I left with more than I originally ordered while spending the same amount as my preorder — always a win. Valerie was sweet and bubbly, and I hope she had the warmest, happiest birthday.

Not only is Trulieve my favorite dispo but the southside location is my favorite store. Matt is always so helpful with anything I need from returns, understanding what I’m looking for and making sure I’m getting the most for my money. Along with the rest of the staff here, they take the time to get to know you and don’t waste your time.
