I have shopped here for a couple of years and have never had any problems. Yesterday afternoon I went in and bought a torch that cost me 14.99. Took it home and it did not work after I got home. She lit the torch one time in the store, but that does not have anything to do with problems I had. you cannot fill it with butane it has been dropped evidently because it was cracked and the part where you turn the flame up on the bottom comes off and it shouldn’t. I took it back to the shop today. She wasn’t there, but the pop employee that was gave her a phone call and then she FaceTime so that she could see me. She asked that the employee try to put butane in it to see if it would work and to give her a call back and she will let him know what to do. He tried putting butane in it, and he tries so many times that the butane literally made him have to walk off from the smell. He texted her back and reported to her that it didn’t work. She offered 50% off of another torch. She was very unreasonable and that is no way to treat a customer. I liked the place a whole lot better when the gentleman was running the place instead of this woman. They will never have my business again, and I will spread the word to my friends who I told to go there.

Incredible selection and great prices on a plethora of items. The staff is very welcoming and it makes for a great experience. The ENTIRE staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Rasha (I hope I spelled her name correctly) always greets my daughter and me with a pleasant smile and kindness. I would highly recommend the shop for all of your needs.
