I was purchasing 2 FVKD hemp devices on a weekly basis, taking advantage of the awesome buy-one-get-one-half-off-deal (totaling about $97). If I had to guess, I've probably visited a few dozen times. Recently, one of the two devices I purchased did not function. Unfortunately, the manager, who was present at the time, could not understand the value of my continued business and refused to replace the device. Bummer, this location was so convenient!

I walked into dream planet and was immediately pleasantly surprised and immediately excited when I saw the selection. I thought everything would be really expensive since it’s west lake and they are nice pieces— but it wasn’t too pricey. Also as a left handed person I was so happy the manager worked with me to find an appropriate piece. Manager was very welcoming and nice. Will be returning!

just picked a 30ml bottle of juice and 2 coils(not 2 packs of 3). the bill was $91.98. when i asked the girl behind the counter if that was right she just said "thats what i scanned" ridiculous. the bottle on the recipt was $24.99 and the coils were $30 each. Called a different shop, asked if there was a shortage or if the company who made the coils stopped producing the coils, and was told no and that the coils were like $7 each.
