I asked a nice lady who worked there for some help, she said that she is substituting for someone else but she was very nice to me, right before Christmas! Thank you and hope you will get back the same goodness!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The guy who was there with terrible tattoos had no customer service and refused to sale me a vape because my sisters who are 21+ did not have their ID yet I am 25 years old. Also, a customer before me who looked younger was not asked for an ID. They pick and choose who to ID.

There are a lot of vape shops in Austin and they can be very hit or miss. I stopped by here for the first time because I was in the area and needed e-liquid. Counter staff was knowledgeable, answered my questions with zero pushy sales tactics or nonsense, pointed me right at what I was looking for and I was happy with the product. In and out in less than 5 minutes with an affordable satisfying result. What else can you ask for?
