I have been to this location a few times and as much as I love the atmosphere I think it could use a different approach to purchasing. There is always so many people on the floor and not enough behind the registers. Even buying online a head of time there is no separate line just to pick up. Hopefully this can change because the San Jose location does it by walking in and picking it for you right there on spot easy peasy.

I like this location better than San Jose one. Bigger space, friendly reps, easier to access with plenty of parking. Only negative is that their inventory can be limiting. San Jose one is typically more fully stocked than the redwood one from my experience.

I’m a regular here. Customer service is great, product assortment is great. Order fulfillment on Saturdays is often dreadfully long. Doesn’t seem like they’re understaffed but more inefficient. (I say this as I’m standing in line for the second time cause my order was not fulfilled before reaching the front of the line). I love this place tho, will keep coming back but wish I could be in and out faster.
