Nick has helped me twice now and everytime its been phenomenal service. He takes the time to explain the difference between products and always checks the deals to help me get the right product for the right price. 6 out of 5 stars!

I always love going to Embarc, they know my name and are very attentive. I had a lovely emotional conversation with Nick today about our sweet furry babies and I was grateful to get some great cbd tincture for my dog. Very kind people I appreciate it!!

I have been coming here for the last year or so and during my last visit on 11/12/25 when I walked up the the exterior window the girl sitting there was turned around chatting with the security guard stationed at the exit. She finally noticed me, did not say a word and shot out her hand for my ID while she continued her conversation with the security guard. I’ve been here many times and recently it seems as though employees are much more concerned with conversations being had with their co workers than providing exceptional customer service to its patrons. Extremely disappointing when there are many other options in town that do treat their customers with respect and kindness.

Horrible. I had paid annual fees for 18 years and never had to use the service. On the way back from a horse show a tire blew out on my trailer on an interstate. US Rider said they would sent a repair service, but the service didn’t ever show up. I’m a female and 70 years old, I told them I was in a risky spot on the freeway , and no one ever showed up, despite my repeated calls. It was terrifying. Finally, after 3 hours a kind man saw my predicament and the danger we were in. He pulled over to help and had the strength to change the tire.

Huge shoutout to Robert and the crew. I walked in knowing zero and feeling a little nervous about all the choices, but they made the whole process so easy. Every question I had was validated and the hospitality was next level. This is officially my go-to spot.

This cannabis club is the first in Redwood city and has always been known to be friendly euphoric with great deals in town. The people in this facility are nothing but awesome Their hospitality is 100% noticeable and it goes above and beyond every time. every security guard has always greeted me and told me to have a good day. On my way out. It makes me proud and happy to go to the shop and spend my money. I’m very thankful to have such an awesome cannabis store down the street.
