I had an issue with pods that I bought, however miscommunication was the cause. I did speak to another employee at San Jose branch and he was very nice and helpful. Way better customer service experience. Thanks. I recommend if you need knowledgeable questions answered about your vape supplies.

With four locations, they still don't have the best prices. Guy behind the counter might let you know about sales or promotions if you catch him on a good day.

Been going here for years, and it used to be great. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but lately you had better hope you get a friendly person. Never have I seen someone so annoyed that a person was trying to buy products from them. I walked out after buying less than a third of the products I was planning on getting because I was getting death glares for asking if things are in stock.

They have a lot of options, not a small collection. Large, plus lots of disposable flavors. Check them online
