Had a great experience when we went and was purchasing items from them on Dec.5, 2019. Two days later we left and have been out of the country for about 3 weeks. We started having problems with the screen on the mod going out and not working about the 3rd week of Jan. 2020. We live on the northside of Indy and have been busy with work so we came by and stopped today to find out about getting bit replaced or swapped out because of the defective mod. Bit was told, " I don't know what you want me to do. It only has a 15 day warranty on it. And there is nothing I can do." We were never told when we purchased it that there was only a 15 day warranty. We have 2 sons that live in Brownsurg that go there regularly. One has purchased the same mod and has the same problems we are having. The brand of the mod is AEGIS GEEK VAPE. We nor our sons will be returning to this store for future purchases. Definetly not the customer service you would expect if there is a problem.

Used to go here often for my juice because they’re the closest to my house, however the last several months they haven’t been able to keep juice in stock. They “carry” my juice but it’s never in stock. Gonna start ordering online or find a new vape shop that carries the juice I use and is able to keep it stocked.

As a long term customer who had spent probably $2000+ at this establishment, I was disappointed to learn that my $50 loyalty reward on $500 worth of purchases was not going to be honored and that it had been reduced to $25. Not only that but apparently it was “my fault” even though this change was not posted anywhere and I have made multiple purchases for weeks with the same gentlemen at the counter who have said nothing as I banked my points until I tried to cash them out. This change was made instead of raising the price of every bottle of juice by $3 I was told which I was also supposed to “know” somehow, which I would applaud if they honored all the purchases made under the old system and if their resulting prices were under other competitors but they are not. This coupled with the availability issues that most vapes shops have means I will take my business elsewhere.

12/02/2019: Owner reached out to correct the issue and provided a resolve - Great customer service EDIT & CAUTION: I purchased a Hellvape tank that turned out to be defective with a bent Stem in the tank and it leaks. I brought the tank in for replacement, and the employee blew me off with no recourse and would not provide the owners contact information - Please avoid as they will not warranty there products. Excellent Vape shop for both a variety in mods, tanks and flavors. Wonderful "Bad Drips" Juice Collection along with 810 Drip tips for great prices. Great selection of Sub-ohm and RDA Tanks including the Falcon King and HellBeast. Large selection of Aegis Mods ( Solo, Legend, and New X Series) with color options.
