Upon discovering the broken cartridge upon returning home, I anticipated a smooth resolution given the establishment's reputation for exceptional customer service. Regrettably, my attempt to return the faulty product the following day was met with unexpected hostility from a staff member at the counter. Despite the courteous demeanor of the initial salesperson, the ensuing encounter was marked by unwarranted skepticism and accusatory insinuations regarding the condition of the cartridge and its contents. The implication that I may have tampered with the product or misused it was both distressing and deeply disappointing, particularly considering my track record as a responsible and honest customer. Despite presenting photographic evidence confirming the intact state of the cartridge and its contents, my efforts to seek a resolution were met with refusal, exacerbating feelings of disillusionment and betrayal. The lack of accountability and empathy displayed during this interaction left me profoundly disheartened and compelled to share my experience to caution others. In conclusion, while I acknowledge the establishment's previous commendable service, this incident has regrettably tarnished my perception and trust. My two visits over the 2024 Mother's Day Weekend were very successful. On both days, I was served by knowledgeable, courteous sales associates which enabled me to better assist my clients with their first-time purchases. I placed an online order specifically to not waste a trip out to this club. I recieved an email confirmation that my order was ready and when I got there I was told that, nope your out of luck, regardless of your confirmation we sold your product. The completely worthless explanation I was given by the employee who seemed annoyed that I was put out was, that it's first come first serve no matter what. Which makes their online ordering completely useless. DO NOT BOTHER TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS HORRIBLE CLUB. They completely wasted my time and didn't care at all. They deserve zero stars but that's not an option.
