I’m absolutely addicted to Saje Natural Wellness! Ever since I received one of their diffusers as a gift, I just can’t get enough of their gorgeous products. Everything smells so good! The Tranquility diffuser blend makes our home smell fabulous and the Peppermint Halo roll on is my go-to stress reliever. The Extra Strength Pain Relieving Oil Blend has proven very effective for my husbands achy hands too! I was so impressed with the friendly people who work there. They all have extensive product knowledge and are experts at helping you decide what’s next for you. They can even lookup your friend’s favorite scents so you can curate the perfect gift! I had a magnificent experience at your store today. Cory the manager went above and beyond to be of service. He was pleasant, very well informed and passionate about sustainability and the mission of Saje Natural Wellness. He acknowledged me for being a loyal customer and helped Edna ( who helped me with my choice) during the transaction to make sure all the details were taken care of. I came out of the store feeling well satisfied and pleased to see how competently your stores are managed by such brilliant individuals. Bravo!

Honestly I have had so many great experiences at this location up until today where my friend and I were harassed by an employee who would not leave us alone from the second we were in the store. I have seen many reviews about the same employee and it’s a shame because we were going to buy something until we couldn’t take her anymore and left. She cut us off in our conversations with each other, would not stop talking to us and giving her opinions etc and following us around the store inserting her commentary. Please train staff to give customers space and not chase them out of the store by bombarding them.

The two women working today were very disrespectful from the moment we walked in the store. My friend and I were talking and laughing when we walked in. One of the employees aggressively looked at us and asked what’s so funny. Caught off guard we ignored the question then she started attacking us continuing to ask what was so funny. Feeling uncomfortable and confused we turned around and walked out. As we were walking out she yelled out into the mall “bye!” repeatedly causing a scene. I can’t believe that just happened unproved.

Had an excellent and smooth holiday shopping experience!! Employees Judi and Cory were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find a gift for a friend. I love Saje products (especially their headache roller oil) and I'm so glad there's a store at Bellevue Square!
