I called looking for a specific product and even though I had good reception the employee repeatedly said they couldn’t hear me and hung up. After calling a few times they said “your best bet is to just come into the store”. Ummm- if I had time to go to the store instead of calling I would have. I ended up rearranging things to make a trip to the store, in the middle of business hours, only to find a hand written sign sign saying the store was closed for 45 minutes. So unprofessional! I’m super annoyed and won’t be visiting this or any other GNC again.

Went in today the gentlemen are always friendly always positive, and always full of a lot of information very informative and always try to give you the best deals. Appreciate them and will be coming back.

Bill is the man!
Usually I don’t expect much service when I walk into a GNC. I usually don’t expect to get many questions answered, either. But this time, my mind was blown.
Bill is super knowledgeable with regard to nutrition, fitness, and how certain products help work toward particular goals. Not only did he answer my questions, but expanded on them in ways I’d have never thought to ask.
To top it off, he helped me save a bunch of money.
I left with new knowledge, confidence with what I got, and cash in my pocket. Honestly shocked Bill doesn’t own the place. Haha

I ran out of my lit pre-workout mix before my shipment came so I came into the store to see if I could buy one and then return one of my bottles when it delivered in a few days. I didn’t catch his name, but the guy was really friendly and saved me the trouble by just giving me a few samples to tide me over. Really made my day! And the watermelon tastes so good. Thanks my guy!
