I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the two gentlemen that work at Alphastar are! Brandon and Steve have gone above and beyond to help me out. I am disabled and these two guys help me load my purchases and even deliver to me sometimes. Alpha Star Vapes is really upping their game. I like the hour changes which make it easier on weekends and nights to stop in. Brandon helped me twice by taking time to figure out if there was glass to fit my old MOD. Being they didn't have it, he said he will work on getting it from the distributor. Both the owner Steve and him helped me get a small device for the mean time, which so far is working well. Jessica has helped me so much before with the glass issue as well. Let's hope it finally comes in! Keep up the good work!

Good selection of products and the sales person was nice. Until he charged me like 18 dollars to use my credit card. And then couldnt produce an itemized receipt for the transaction…. I probably wont be shopping here ever again.

Hillary was amazing! She was the most personable vape store employee I’ve ever met! From the moment I walked in to deciding what piece I wanted to checking out she was absolutely professional and super nice! I’m definitely coming to this store every time thanks to Hillary!

Best place to get high quality glass and vapes in Brighton! Met the owner Steve who's very passionate about the products he sources (mostly local) and high quality items like Lookah Glass and Puffco products (I bought a puffco pivot pricematched for what's available online) Other staff like Jessica is knowledgeable and friendly on both glass and products alike, got recommended a vape and had so many questions that they patiently listened / answered Best shop in town for glass, vapes and accessories hands down!
