The worker there seemed like he was high on something and was completely out of it, when I asked if they had a certain flavor of Lost Mary he said they didn’t have it without even looking. I then looked for the flavor on my own and found it right there on the shelf. This place is a joke.

Spent a lot of money with this store , and after being sold an item that did not work, we were badgered for several minutes about it being a “user error”. I asked them to show me how it was “supposed to be used”, and they couldn’t get it to work either. Would not offer me a refund or an exchange. Horrible service and sad because I had already spent so much with them and wanted to continue business there.

I always have a good time coming here and getting what I need. The young men that run the place are always full of energy and fun to talk to. One of them remembered me from last summer and it was like talking to an old friend. The prices are very good and the hours are average. Easy to get to with good parking and very clean.

I've been getting all my vape purchases from vape club for around 8 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their selections are great. From the high quality to the budget friendly these guys stock whatever you need. Great and knowledgeable customer service, has to be the best staff I've dealt with out of all the smoke shops in Nashville I have been to. Mike can answer anything you need to know and makes great recommendations, my favorite disposable is the crown bar that he recommended.Anyone giving this store a one or two star review is obviously from their near by competitors. Top notch shopping experience. Excellent.
