Terrible customer service. Sold me a defective product, brought it back & the worker looked at me like i was dumb & says " looks like it's working perfectly fine to me" as if we're lying. I used to go here all the time & stopped bc of how rude they are. Never going back now . Learn how to speak to your customers.

Kyle is amazing! Everytime I come there he answers any questions I have and makes my shopping experience enjoyable. The smoke shop itself is also great. They have almost everything you can think of and the prices are good as well.
