I NEVER write reviews but this situation had me so LIVID I just had too.Drove an hour out of my way to pick up my order just for the store manager to tell me they don’t have anything for me.. call customer service while I’m in store just for them to confirm that yes I did indeed have an order to be picked up but for some reason was not there. Manager tried to give me a bag of protein I ordered with a damn hole in it. When I refused they proceeded to issue me a refund which would take 2-5 days instead of just shipping some more product to be picked up! Now I got to wait for a refund just to purchase again. I WILL NOT be ordering from then again!

Just stopped in real quick this morning to grab something I needed and it was a smooth transaction and the gentleman inside was very helpful and made for a pleasant experience.
