I bought a dispo on sale and liquid was spilling everywhere and it didn’t work, so I went back to swap it out and the guy there was kind enough to trust me. However when I opened the second one IN STORE with the same issue he said “sorry I can’t swap it out a second time.” Imagine selling a faulty product twice and not even giving a refund.

There is an older gentleman that works at this star tobacco. He has a lot of (bad) tattoos and gaged ears. He is very rude and very nasty with the ladies. I was surprised when I first walked in. He was sitting behind counter on his phone and didn’t even look up or greet me. It took about 2 minutes for him to ask what I wanted. This happened both times I went in. He got even more rude the second time. If you’re spending money in the store, I would expect them to be at least decent to their customers. I will NEVER go back there. Ever. I recommend going elsewhere. My favorite is Oze in Manassas.

So I went and got a hyde. Fake. Selling fake products and then when you let them know they act like your the problem. It’s illegal to sell counterfeits. I may as well contact my lawyer now. I called and he was telling he double checked and they are authentic. Hyde’s offer a code to scan to show it’s real. The one I bought didn’t offer it, and I compared the one I bought from the store to the one my friend had thats real from a different store. Logo is off, the bottom has different constructive bottom, and there’s no hyde engraving in the mouth piece. Go to the vape shop by gold gyms, it’s new and opened up recently, real products. This store offer poor customer service, it’s not worth it. Trust me, from someone who cares about whether he’s getting real or fake stuff, this stores not it. The extra drive is worth more than the dissatisfaction of not getting what you expected.

Don’t go ! This place is a scam! They charge 3 times extra for a product that’s way way cheaper in other stores. The black staff who works definitely has a criminal background as he threatens to beat up people. His photo is attached. Stay away from this man!

Bought a diamond air bar that's supposed to last for 500 puffs. The one they sold me lasted for less than a hundred. As the other reviews note, they offer no refunds or returns or support. A friend of mine had also purchased a defective CBD cart from them that they refused to refund.
