I bring a returned item from an online order in the store and this store tells me they do not accept returns. Even thought the website and GNC customer service advised me to go to this store. I went to another nearby store no issues. I mean seriously the box was good taped and labeled a simple scan and there done. I literally saw a fed ex driver take other returns. Absolute BS can’t stand lazy people who won’t help others

Awesome experience! Large Franchise store with incredible variety of products, and lowest pricing I’ve seen on many items. Staff was friendly and helpful. They literally have everything, including pre prepped meals you can buy on the go. I was also offered a body composition assessment to help me with my specific goals! I will definitely go to this GNC from now on!!!

I find this way of giving out the pro box disappointing. When I took the offer to become a pro member I was told a box would be sent to me via mail. Then I get an email this year that says go to the closest GNC store and pick it up yourself. I go to the GNC in my town (Manassas) in the bull run shopping center to make purchases and pick up my box, only to be told the Store Manager is the only person who can give the pro box to the pro members. The only problem with that is I work 45/50 hours per week and most certainly don’t have time to chase her down to receive my box. Bottom line, I got screwed out of my pro box!!! Even though I hate this way of giving the pro boxes I will still be a customer because most of there GNC line of gluten free!! Thanks, Karen Bolinski Pro Member of GNC

At checkout cashier asked if they could sign me up for a program for discounts. I thought heck yea i like free discounts and asked if id be charged for anything, he replied no. Find out a month later he set me up for a monthly subscription for a preworkout i don't like and sent it to an address i don't live at. Thanks.

In Aug while packing for Colorado & Utah to test and promote one of my bicycles realized that I ran out of proteins and hydration supplements. I typically use GNC Wheybolic Alpha for pre/ post and Xtend BCAA as my pre and during hydration supplement. I'm not a pro-cyclist but sometimes go on over 50 to a 100 miles day rides. Recently I noticed that there was a point when my body was rejecting the BCAA, or not helping to maintain the level of endurancen that I was expecting during those long rides. I talked to Mrs. Amy Dorsey, GNC representative, about my experience with the BCAA product. She explained that basically my body need it nutrients and recommended Arm Plus supplement to increase my level of endurance. It makes sense to me so I bought a package of the apricot flavor. I used the supplement during a 20+ bike ride in MOAB, Utah and most recently while riding in NY this last weekend. I can tell their was a difference and the my numbers on Strava shows improvement across the board compared to last year stats riding the same route.
