Horrible customer service! I bought a vape pen five days ago that now doesn’t work and they will not give me my money back or trade it in. They wanted me to buy another charger to go with it. Associate literally told me “I just work here”

Bought a cart Blue Dream on 2/22/2022 they said it was good bought it took it home and it was clogged came back opening day next and they said there is nothing they can do my lose and that I was supposed to try it before I left which I was not told and they said nothing we can do your lose would not recommend this smoke shop bad customer service

Honestly, no matter what you smoke, they got you. Now it's not outfitted with everything that's high-tech, but if you need Nicotine, THC products, then you won't be disappointed. The young lady who helped me last time even complimented me. Let me tell you, it was actually sincere, and it was very refreshing as a customer. She low-key made my day, so thank you, and keep up the good work!
