I came in to get a vape, and after seeing their prices were higher than I’ve found elsewhere settled for a vape that is usually good quality. After opening the vape and finding it flavorless and burnt tasting I asked to switch it and the lady refused. Saying if it “puffs” she can’t take it back. I was extremely upset since I only buy so many vapes in a month and really wanted the vape but was treated so badly I will not be coming back. Every other vape shop I have ever been to would have honored my request or at least listened. The worst customer service and horrible product quality!!

This shop has so many selections! Always has what I need. Plus they support the reggae music scene and community. Definately a place to support!
