I visited this place and had drinks relaxed with my partner and I am not a person that does any of this but I loved the facility for her and they have a wide variety of all you want! Music drinks patio view is so beautiful!

Out of town visitor. I had high (pardon the pun) hopes this was going to be a great place to pick up some product. Budtender was very helpful abd assisted me with making three selections. I gave her my cash and was asked to wait and my name would be called. Name called, I received my change and the gentleman was reviewing my purchases and the third item did not match. Close, but not exact. I advise the gentleman that I would not be interested in purchasing it then and his first thing to point out to me he said where there was no refunds which I thought was a little odd it wasn't like I left the premises I hadn't even been handed the product yet. He then asked for someone else to get involved and they were asking me about was it a cartridge was it a disposable I don't remember these are Brands I'm not familiar with again I'm out of town. it just was not a pleasant experience in the end I was given my money back for the substituted item, but as I walked away I could hear that I was not their favorite customer and it's unfortunate . Maybe my expectations were too high. Everyone else was lovely including the individual who checked me inand again the bud tender. I do not want to go tgrough this again and for this reason I will simply take my money elsewhere. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

No need to rant or carry on in the details, but I bought a vape pen through the drive-through the day before it didn’t work and had to return it that evening. That was a weird experience in itself because Customer Service decided to put their mouth on it to show me it worked and then try to give it back to me. Which I declined and was able to get another one I tried to use that one and had to bring it back the next morning cause it didn’t work either! I went through the drive-through to do a refund or an exchange, which I was informed That she could not do through the drive-through, but I could park in the front and take care of it inside The two pictures below shows the empty parking lot because it’s around 11 AM and possibly there’re no one inside or even busy at all hell they probably don’t have any form of customers in the building at all!!!! The parking right in front of the building has signs that says only tribal parking. It’s about five or six parking spots available because they’ve blocked out the remainder. I seen it on my way out !!! The security post is right in front of the front Door mind u As I’m walking in Security comes out and starts to harass me about my parking spot, which I informed them that the drive-through person told me That I could park there while running in and take care of the exchange or the refund I was then bombarded by several security and management to move my car after I told them that it should be possibly taken up with Staff And their communication Between themselves about where parking was or wasn’t, I wouldn’t have been in the store no more than maybe 10 minutes I’m sure the situation could’ve been handled completely different on both ends because I wasn’t very open to the idea of being sold a fault product but then on the other hand, I didn’t wanna be harassed by staff cause of parking after I was already told by another staff member that it was fine to park there To each their own on their decision on dispensaries, but I’ve never had such an encounter with any dispensary in Vegas like this such as this one ( I’m a local and been here awhile) Most dispensaries has security and customer service that’s really easy going You could practically find and communicate with anybody in the building to be able to be in and out in five minutes with whatever u need But to be harassed, not only for a parking spot, their lack of communication, but also lack of refund or replacement for an item that was sold twice that somehow is faulty Is insane and hella uncalled for !!!! Word of the wise proceed with caution this dispensary is straight trash(no wonder they didn’t have no customers in the building) 🙄🙄

3rd time going inside and I’ll say this: It has progressively declined each time I go. This time, I go in to purchase a live rosin cartridge at around 6 PM on a Monday. I observed 5 people waiting to order and only 1 budtender available. Drive thru was actually wrapped around the building which surprised me since it’s usually pretty quick. I go upstairs to the lounge and rent a bong and an eighth of cannabis. $15 bong rental is actually pretty good pricing but then the young lady showed me that they only sell $100 EIGHTHS of flower. Is the flower made of gold or something??? I ultimately went back downstairs to wait 20 minutes on my $30 eighth and enjoy my rental. They also include “complimentary” items such as a lighter, cones and papers. Note: ONLY THE CONES WERE FREE TO TAKE. As stated, I was provided papers as well but I wasn’t given any filters to roll with. I asked the black man with a green shirt if I could purchase or obtain some filters. My brother in Christ. This man actually told me “No.” He then told me to just break the tip from the cone and use that instead. It was like being served spaghetti with no fork. Do better.

Unreal experience! Was a huge fan of the atmosphere which such consideration to detail & how helpful/friendly the staff was. I was recommended products and they blew me away. Only gripe is that they are cash only and I wish they had some pool tables/air hockey/foosball or other activities for people to enjoy. Still great place to spend a few hours!

Ashley was super helpful and I highly recommend her! She really focused on what would be best for my migraine pain!

Staff awesome. Shop was great. Would of like to purchase a few tees. But the vendors were not present . Outside venue was Super . Weed in Canada is, if I can say, Better Eh!! See you soon Vegas!

The oasis in the desert. Very fun and cool space, even if you don’t partake. The evening we stopped by was comedy night. The outside bar was open, there was a delicious food truck and the comedians were hilarious. Just a great vibe. Jenn from Japan was an incredible host as well as all the very friendly staff. My wife and I had a great time and look forward to stopping by on our next Vegas stop.

Nuwu has everything a stoner could ever want in Vegas!! The staff is amazing!!! The atmosphere is great, and the service is out of this world. And they have a dab bar!!!! I spent 3 days in Vegas and every night I went to Nuwu. Thursday night was punk band night, and Friday was stand-up comedy night!! Get stickers, NUWU!!!
