Tree of life is one of the best dispose. Great customer service great people there I’m great friends with mostly everyone there for 3 years now, I’ve been coming there as soon as they even opened because I live right down the street. unfortunately, today was one of the worst experiences I ever had being present there by a gentleman named TY who wasn’t even attending me or I wasn’t even taking to him so I was being attended by another bender , as I was talking with the bud tender I realize that I never seen him before as a bartender so I proceeded to ask my bartender is he knew speaking to her not to him then he obviously was listening being nosy, interfered, and intervened took it the wrong way I don’t know know why he then, inform me that he’s been there for a long time 6 months with massive amount of negative energy his attitude the way he carried himself there with To act like a tough guy in a cannabis, industry or a dispensary his behavior, not accepted And I really feel like going to the CCB. I hope this could be resolved with. Thank you very much

It was my first time in vegas from NYC. And im happy i came here to get my flower! The woman in the front was so nice but i didnt catch her name ! I wish i did ! Cause she was very informative and even explained the benefits of downloading there app. Explained the flowers and product very well ! I even wanted her to pick out a preroll for me because she sounded very knowledgeable on what she was doing. Long story short i will be a returning customer everytime i come to vegas ! Thank you TOL!

The place is nice and would’ve got 5 stars from me if it wasn’t for the rude bald guy scanning id . I was trying to do curbside and didn’t know they don’t take card so went inside to get cash and he was yelling at me to move car from curbside meanwhile there were no cars waiting for me or honking at me not sure why he picked on me and kept yelling at me about moving it he was very rude for no reason he shouldn’t be there if he is unhappy treating customers like that . I’ve been there before and never seen him and never got talked to like that . Other than that you guys would have got 5 stars from me . Hopefully you guys do better. And you guys should take card for curbside not everyone wants to pull out cash.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year and have always appreciated the excellent service from the staff. However, my recent experience with a new budtender named TY was incredibly disappointing. He had a bad attitude and was confrontational, which was surprising and unprofessional. As someone who’s not familiar with TY, my first impression was far from positive. His rudeness and lack of customer service skills were a stark contrast to what I’ve come to expect from this place. I hope the management addresses this issue because it really tarnished my otherwise positive experience with your store.

Staff very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Great deals! Will return often. 2 thumbs up way up.
