Relatively quick and great customer service once inside, however the waiting room feels like an underused dentist's office. Awkward, clunky and uncomfortable. If the front had the same energy and friendliness as the back did, would've been 5 Stars easy.

Incredibly horrible service and a disrespectful security guard. This location is the epitome of not supporting your community. The shop closes at 9 pm, a pre paid completed order is set for pickup between 8:30-9. I arrived at 8:48, the security guard dismissed over 6 ppl, and even was yelling at a lady when I arrived. How does this make sense?
If a shop closes at 9 pm, your job isn’t to be out of the door with the lights off at 9. Do your job and uphold a respectable level of decorum.
On top of that to have the front desk receptionist laugh at you when all your trying to understand why, isn’t enjoyable.

The line is crazy and does not move fast at all. Everyone is just sitting in the waiting room staring at each other. Most importantly they have no weed. They are out of everything. Back to greenheart I go.

What’s the point of having a site if it doesn’t update with accurate stock? Nor does it have any info about the products…… waste of time driving to two different locations even calling about what I wanted…..
