Located near a lot of other major shopping in the area, this store is really convenient for us to hit up on the go. When I run out of my products and can't wait to get them online, vitamin shoppe is my go-to! I've been in here a couple times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I know my stack pretty well, so I don't have any questions for them, but it seems like they really want to make sure their customers are getting the right stuff for their goals and are happy to make suggestions and recommendations for newbies!

Drove 30 minutes to come to this location and the sign on the front door says “be back in 15 minutes” but no one came back in 15 minutes. I understand that they might be short staffed but you have got to figure out how someone can fill in during this time, as it’s not a good look for customer service.

Went in for an exchange. The clerk couldn't find the item on my account and was quite snippy with me. She made no attempt to help me resolve my issue.
I contacted Customer Service and Zachery was able to find everything and made things right. When I went back to the store to make the exchange, I spoke with the same clerk and she never apologized for the way she mistreated me, but she DID tell me, after I asked for a bag for my purchases, that the store had gone green and I would have to pay 50 cents for a reusable bag.
I've been a customer here for YEARS, and she is THE WORST clerk I have ever encountered in any location. What a shame.

I'm not a complainer. The old double scan charge is getting really old. Happened a few months back item was $9.99 so I let it go. I was there yesterday, purchased a few items, got home and thought that seemed high for what I purchased. Yep, double charged $49.99 twice for creatine of which I purchased one. Check your inventory you will have an extra Body Tech creatine 18 oz on hand.
