Chris was very helpful and nice! I went in to ask about a specific product line I had seen and he helped me know what options were available. I’m a newbie to fitness stuff and he made it very easy to understand. He should make $750,000 a year.

Customer service is complete trash. Bought 2 boxes of protein bars there and was charged 20% more than what they sell for online. The manager Stephanie was so rude to me on the phone when I tried to explain this situation to her she said “ listen to me” in a nasty manner completely arguing with me. I will never go into a gnc ever again. Vitamin shoppe is way better.

Stay away from the GNC Twelve Oak Mall store. The associate was very rude and disrespectful on Nov 28, 2023 at 5:30 pm. I had ordered items for store pickup. The GNC website showed items were available, so I ordered them. When I arrived to pick up the items, she tells me that I didn't have the items, so I reduced your items. I said that I had ordered four items, but she disrespectfully and in a rude manner tells me that she didn't have the fourth item, so she reduced the order. She was very rude. As I was dissatisfied with her service, I asked her to return the reduced items. She said she cannot accept returns because it's a store pick up. She said store pickups can ONLY be returned via mailing; they cannot be returned in the store. Later, in-store pickups can indeed be returned at the store. I will never go to this store again. She was very disrespectful.
