If you just want weed, shop here. But if you’re looking for a positive experience with proper customer service seek else where. The delivery is a massive headache, I've had numerous orders through out the years and the only thing consistent here at cloud utica is literally the terrible customer service and communication. Another thing to watch out for is placing a delivery, they give you exact price online. Then they have the driver show up and claim its more than what you were shown. If you're barely legal to purchase, shop here. If you're an adult and don’t wish to deal with the immaturity and non sense id highly suggest a different dispensary. EDIT: I CAN ALMOST SAY WITH CERTAINTY, all 5 star reviews were bought with free inventory or they don't shop here often. Anyone who shopped with cloud like i did knows EXACTLY how terrible the service is.

I went into Cloud for the first time today and Kay was amazing. Her knowledge of the products was superb and such a sweet girl. Tipped her like a Rockefeller would have, go in and ask for Kay if u are looking for great service and great customer care.

This is by far my new favorite dispensary! They have the best deals on edibles & is the first place I have found that has a wide variety of drinks (teas, tonics & sodas) while also having consistent sales on the drinks! Love it here!

I had A great experience with the bud tenders... a really nice girl help me find the bubble hash I wanted. Would definitely recommend for bubble hash and concentrates. Never tried any of the flower but I noticed that what I did see was fresh(1-2 months old). Would definitely recommend this dispensary if you're in the Utica/Shelby township area.
