Been working for AltSmoke for 4 years I am now the Assistant GM of all Kentucky Stores! When we took over the Louisville store I was so excited! The staff has been very welcoming and accepting of the changes we are implementing! So excited to see where this takes us in the future!

Yeah, I won’t be back, as soon as I walked in the guy sitting on the couch in his socks, seemed very upset that I walked in the store and he had to get up from him comfy couch and help someone. Not Very professional and gross, nobody wants to see your white socks with dirty bottoms. Time:12:32pm 8/5/2023

Came in yesterday on my lunch break for a vape, Brandy had exceptional customer service and was able to talk to me about the different products they offered (also they have a cool little seating area where she had fallout 4 setup one of my favorites). Aside from being in a semi difficult spot to find nestled between roosters and another store front you can almost miss it but stop in and check out the inventory or maybe have a conversation and see what products fit your needs. They had everything from rda box mods to disposables like Mr fog with an extensive variety of flavors. I'll be back again. If not for another great conversation with brandy then at least another vape lol.

This vape shop is the absolute best. Super helpful staff and a very welcoming environment. Damien is the man, favorite vape shop 100%. PS who cares if they play games during downtime, what are they supposed to do, stock, clean and then stare at a wall for 7 hours?

Great experience! Staff was friendly, atmosphere was welcoming. Laurel, the associate that helped me, was thorough, and never made me feel rushed. I had lots of questions, and she answered all of them professionally and walked me through the entire process while I was in the store. She and the rest of the AltSmoke staff made it an enjoyable buying experience and I look forward to visiting again to try more flavors and purchase more vaping liquid! I have recommended AltSmoke to all my friends and family!
