I bought a vape pen from Hemp2Oh and it broke almost immediately — yes, it was an accident on my end, but the way the company handled it was ridiculous. I reached out to explain what happened and asked if there was any way they could help — even a small discount or replacement. They flat-out refused and didn’t seem to care at all. It’s disappointing when a company that claims to value customers won’t show even basic understanding or support. Things happen, and a good business stands behind its products and its customers. Hemp2Oh clearly doesn’t. I won’t be buying from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects decent customer service.

Best shop I’ve been in yet!! I loved it here! We talked with the owner & he was awesome 👏 down to earth & funny. It was an hour drive from us but worth the trip. We will certainly be back & hype you guys up! Y’all deserve the recognition & business. Can’t wait to see you guys again!

Raheel was incredibly helpful in guiding my husband and me through the wide variety of products to find the best options for our needs. He was extremely friendly, approachable, and more than happy to share his knowledge with us. The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and it really stood out. It's clear that the ownership of the store is highly knowledgeable and committed to providing the best possible experience for their customers. I called looking for “natural mints” like I see Poppy on the Bold & Beautiful takes instead of alcohol. I have an MMJ card, but MS laws keeps screwing around with supply being available or sold when it is available. BAILEY answered phone & was so knowledgeable, courteous, and warm to talk to, she recommended their CBD lozenges for those of us who microdose for a stable and even effect. I LOVE THEM.. bought more & shipped to friend in hospice in ATL.. .. they take the edge off. I bought in Thirsty Thurs & got a free canned drink !! The store in Collierville is amazing .. clean, great aesthetic, and an amazing selection. My NEW place to go for Self Care !! THANKS BAILEY !!

RJ and Bailey are the BEST! As someone who is not very familiar with their products, I truly appreciate their attentiveness every time I am in the shop.
