Get this, I called this place to inquire about a new tank for my mod. I asked this man what different tanks they had and he said that he did have the one that I mentioned, but there total array of tanks is very limited. When I asked him the price of the tank he tells me that there not allowed to give any prices over the phone and that’s their policy. I then told him that’s one of the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, this ignorant man says,, well you can go shop somewhere else, and he hangs the phone up on me! This is the way of customer service in this day and age and its how these employees truly feel about customers, they could care less! I’ll never spend a dollar in this store, EVER! There are dozens of vape shops in the area to put up with this ignorance when I was simply stating my opinion.
