We always order online and then go through drive-through to pick our stuff up. It’s always quick, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with the Apothecarium. My go to place when I’m in Maryland. You won’t be disappointed.

Have been going to Apothecarium since it was on Harford Rd and have never had a poor experience. Staff is always extremely friendly, they prioritize medical patients, and they always have great sales. I love the store so much I drive the 30 minutes it takes to get there!

came in to pick up a late night order, only my second time with apothecarium and I have to say the customer service and kindness is unmatched. A very handsome gentleman whose name I failed to catch helped get me my online order and expedite my check out so I could hop back in the car and get home to relax with my new treats. Customer service with a smile will always go unmatched I’ll definitely be returning again.. 😇

Caught these guys inflating there normal prices on black friday. I buy the same thing everytime and its the same price every time $80. Checked the black friday deals and my usual vape was now marked down from $130 to make it look like a great deal. Just playing in your face over there. Also if you ask you about veterans discount they act like youre tryna rob the place. I have a real ID with veteran on it and the manager told me I need my DD214....yeah no. This is more a shot at that guy than the bussiness tbf

Staff is not knowledgeable or helpful at all. Very poor customer service. I highly do not recommend this dispensary. I’ve been to many dispensaries, and this is the only one I had a poor experience with. I only recommend if you like to waste your time and money.

Great customer service and great deals typically. Will say there most recent promotion has left a bitter taste in my mouth. They present forth the entire store as 35% off and only show the customer the pricing as such. Today I had a coupon I earned at 420 for 50% off. Imagine my surprise and frustration when every item I purchased was brought back up to full retail then discounted. I feel cheated. This wasn’t explained upfront. This is where my frustration stems from. I frequent this place weekly, I have been a loyal customer and this may be the last time I shop here. I wish you luck on your move, but be more up front with your customers about how promotions work, or they will feel cheated and not return.

Jeremy is a 5 star/rockstar employee! I spoke with this gentleman on the phone to find out about hours, recreational law and advice. Let me tell his customer service and demeanor on the phone WON my business I will be visiting this location 😀 in the next few days and look forward to interacting with everyone at this facility. His actions and care shows me what kinda leadership and development plan you have in this growing industry.

If you like waiting 45 minutes while being the only customer in the store for 1 vape cart then this is the spot for you. Might as well have kept the Wendy's open there, same service.

rude and passive aggressive staff, especially the brunette at the drive through as for example today 8/16/24 she was very passive aggressive and rude when i handed her my ID (i hesitated at first because she was handling receipts and didn’t want to be inconsiderate) and as the other comments have mentioned there are always issues with the payment which overall have made me feel unwelcome and not wanting to return, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. if you want people to return because y’all ain’t popping like y’all used to be anyways! do better. in the meantime i’ll take my money where i’m respected.

First time in last night. Just left the mall and googled this dispensary & literally was able to just pull in. Super friendly staff! Thanks and shout outs to Brandon my bud tender! Best customer service! Also DJ the manager and Tracey at the front. You all are a good time and the prices omg! You cant beat the prices! I can’t wait to come back! Good vibes here. 💚
