Blue Blaze had a Super Bowl sale on glass 20 percent off. I purchased a piece that I was unaware had compromised glass at the ice catcher. The piece broke clean at the ice catcher when I picked it up from the ground by the neck of the piece. They have claimed I caused the break and there was nothing they could do for me. If I would have dropped the piece it would be smashed into a million pieces. Make sure to really inspect your glass for faults at Blue Blaze.

My favorite smoke shop by far, the employees were super kind and helpful. they answered any questions i had on the products and definitely knew their stuff! Such an awesome store, Will definitely be coming back again.

Great vibe in the store. Every time I've gone, service has been prompt and the folks there were very helpful. I have been a few times and it's prob my new go to place for supplies since moving here. The hours are pretty decent as well so go check them out. A+ would go back.

I've bought multiple water pipes from them as well as smoke products one of which came broken upon arrival and I brought in within a minute it ended up working but hits super weak which is sad for the price it costs. Water pipe selection is great as well as bubbler section
