I was greeted immediately after walking in and asked what price range I was looking for, the lady working was very knowledgeable and helpful! Great customer service will be back again!

Stopped in to buy an elf bar and I’ve noticed the same thing is going on with this smoke shop as it is with others. They are collecting the old elf bars and refilling them with cheap juice. I’ve been using the watermelon ice elf bar for a few months now so I know exactly what to expect. This is not it tho. The flavor is dull and not iced. It taste like pure sugar and no nicotine. Im disappointed in head west for exploiting customers. Other people may not notice but I do. I’ll drive 20 minutes to buy an elf bar since I have to avoid these fraudulent smoke shops trying to make a profit by any means. I will not shop here anymore. Oh and if you don’t believe that you can refill an elf bar just YouTube it.

Since I can’t reply to the owners comments I will post here. It is possible to resell the elf bar with a new package and stickers. And why doesn’t your watermelon ice elf bar taste like watermelon ice? There is clearly a difference between YOUR elf bars and other smoke shops. You know what you guys are doing.
08/19/22 : I purchased an elf bar from my go to smoke shop and there is CLEARLY a TASTE difference. You guys are going to get reported to the BBB. What you are doing is illegal.
