As a single mother of TWO kids, I have been absolutely blessed with this shop. They always welcome myself and my kids into the store, even though it’s a smoke shop “adult” store. They always give my kids candy, cookie or a balloon as long as they have been good. As it being a smoke shop “adult” store they ask that kids don’t go into the glass area. They have never asked me to keep my kids in the car, and they have never told me they aren’t welcome. I absolutely enjoy going into this shop because ALL staff are friendly and welcoming. I have built a “friendship” in a sense with each staff member. They are always giving advice and always take feed back on product. I usually stick to one thing and when I try something different I tell them how it was. Thank you all so much for everything you do! I appreciate you all.

I just moved here and have an amazing experience here in Tucson and coming to this shop. But today was by far the worst service as far as friendly customer service goes. The girl at the counter that checked me out was very rude and had the worst attitude. Between being on her phone and a bad attitude. Not my favorite experience here. Overall though I would give them a 5/5 with their prices and selection.

Worst experience ever I bought a vape battery from them a week ago obviously didn’t keep the receipt so the lady there didn’t want to return the defective battery. I asked if I can get a discount on the second battery. She asked only if I was military. Zero customer service.

I LOVE Sticky's. I have been going here for over 10 years now. They're the only place in town that has the ejuice I vape. The employees are great, they always answer the phone and are able to provide me with the answers to the questions I have. They are all super nice and polite. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thanks guys 🤘🤘 you rock
