The worst. Bad customer service. They lock the doors at 10pm. So good luck picking out what u want. I will never go there again. I'd rather go across town then ever step my foot in that place ever again. I wish I could do negative 10.

A good smoke shop. The staff is friendly And generally just good people I've never had any issues going here So far my experiences have always been positive ones

I was buying geek bars from this store because it is close to my work but every 4 days it would be dead because I would hit the vape and it would stay burning for a few seconds afterward then I bought the exact same kind from red star and it didn't burn itself everyone I hit it and it lasted me a whole week .

This has got to be the most expensive smoke shop I have ever been too!!! I live in Tempe, the vapes I get there are 2 for $30. I agree with another reviewer that the employees must pocket at least $5 per product! While in there, another business owner in The complex was telling them to PLEASE STOP USING THE GARBAGE BINS THEIR BUSINESS PAYS FOR!! So not only they expensive AF, they use other businesses garbage bins so they don’t have to pay for their own!! If you’re up in Tempe/Phoenix Area hit up *CREAM* 2050 W. Guadalupe RD! The best prices! Best selections! Superior customer service! If anyone Tucson knows of better smoke shops let me know!👎🏼

I’ve been in there a few times typically I go in the morning and the person I usually speak with is typically very professional and very nice about everything. How ever any time I go during the night I’ll get people who really don’t want to help or get you what you need. I went up to the door it was lock and took the cashier a couple minutes before he addressed me at the door. I gave him my vape since he would not let me in and said I want this exact vape with the 15000 puffs lost Mary’s I wanted the same flavor but he was out so I said any flavor would do I just want that device. Typically for this device I pay 25$ after he processed this transaction he brings me the 5000 vape I tried to explain this was not the one I asked for but he kept saying “try it try it” over and over again. Fed up with getting no where I said fine since I can’t return a product I just bought I’ll have to keep it. But when I looked at my cards statement guess how much I was charged for. Here’s a hint it was the same price for the 15000 lost Mary 25$. When I asked for a receipt for the transaction the clerk played dumb saying he didn’t know how to print out a receipts. I’m not sure what I can do about this situation since one I didn’t get the vape I wanted but was charged full price of the vape I wanted. And was not provided a receipt for the sale I’m honestly not sure how you could have my vape in one hand looking at it and then pick out one that is completely wrong. This store needs better graveyard staff
