Cool people, great prices, the staff is always helpful and able to answer questions you may have about their products.

I went in after my house flooded yesterday to buy incense and an incense burner to get rid of the atrocious smell. I have low vision and take my 19 year old daughter with me to help me see prices and pick things out. We clearly saw the sign on the door that said "no minors" and already had questions about whether or not she should go in to help me with this purchase. Every. Single. Other. Smoke. Shop. In. The. City. Of. Tucson. has updated their signage to say, "No one under 21 allowed inside." Including other locations of the same franchise, but considering our apartment smelled like 3 day old trout, we thought we would take the chance. My daughter was allowed into this establishment. She was allowed to browse around and look at the various items that were on display. It wasn't until I asked for a bit of customer service that the 3 men who were busy talking about God only knew what decided she needed to leave. If I wasn't desperate to get rid of the smell emanating through my flooded apartment, I wouldn't have bought anything. I called my friend who owns another smoke shop on the other side of town, which I unfortunately couldn't make it to due to inclement weather, and he stated that the law was first broken with your unclear signage since the age of majority starts at 18 and further broken as you continued to let her browse around your establishment.

Just went in for some papers and the gentleman at the register made it the most obnoxious transaction possible. I said what size and brand I wanted only for him to ask me multiple times what I wanted. After getting frustrated and being stern with my answer he wanted to cop an attitude and put the packs on the counter slowly and smile at me while he told me the total. I called to ask his name and was told the guy wearing the backwards black hat with a grey and black long sleeve was named Carlos. He needs a lesson in basic customer service and listening skills. I get it’s a smoke shop but if you’re so high you can’t function maybe lay off before your shift no? Beyond annoying. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Always cheery helpful professional staff. Usually always the cheapest 20 counts. The cigarettes I want somewhere else is having them on sale. Great atmosphere. Next time I'm there, I'll ask them if I can take some photos of their merchandise

This is one of my favorite local smoke shops to go to. I'm so happy they've opened one on the East side. The store is aways clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I always recommend this place to anybody looking for a good deal on quality products. Thanks guys!
