If I could give a zero I would. Purchased A rolling machine on Saturday, April 15 realizing that it did not work properly and seemed to be defective. I was looking to exchange it for a rolling machine that works. He said “you are lying” the machine is not defective and would not allow the exchange. I tried to reason with him, like why would I lie? Ended up leaving it there (since it does not work) as he demanded we leave. Previously all of the staff has been awesome, I believe this to be the owner of the store and I feel sorry for his employees. Wish I had had a great experience I would have continued to shop here. I literately have never been treated so badly in my life.

I went in to look for CBD products for my joint inflammation of my knees and shoulders. Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in educating me on thier products. There are many so-called "Vape Shops" with CBD products -- and they don't nearly match up to the quality, knowledge, and friendly staff of Crescent Tobacco Shop. I highly recommend and will continue to go back. Thanks everyone, keep up the great service.

Interesting shop. I can't tell if it wants to be a cigar, vape, or head (Marijuana) shop. Either way, nice people behind the counter. Helpful just not knowledgeable about all their products. Good service, unfortunately, they are not the cheapest either.

Great guys that run this biz! Always upbeat & friendly with an extensive expertise in the product category of tobacco, etc. They always have what I want & they serve it all up in a timely manner with their own special flair. I look forward to being routed through their neck of the woods as I find a visit to them as something I so do look forward to!
