So Sean was very kind very pleasant. Aunt helped me out with everything I need but I really don’t like that store. I’m a health for life addict but I miss my store over here on McDowell which is now Ponderosa the few things I wanted you guys didn’t even have so yeah disappointed with the store not Sean

The owners really need to teach their staff and the manager customer service. It was actually wild to see the manager come out and have an attitude right away with customers. Easy way to drive new and repeat customers out. Eventually it will catch up to the business. 1 star for the terrible people working in this establishment.

He even makes sure my son tells me hello if I’m not there ~ now that’s next-level customer care. 💚 Health for Life Crismon is hands down the best dispensary around! I come in because they have decent 1 oz specials for a great deal! I've only had one 1 oz special that I got from them and I didn't like. Reason for the three stars is either the customer service is there or it's not. Most of the time I walk in and the workers are just sitting there chilling and then I'm standing for a minute while no one's helping me... Then someone will give me some I contact or wave me towards them without using any words as if that's the best way to communicate with your customer?!? I've even had bartenders argue with me saying that what I was looking for isn't exactly what I needed. I am the patient here, I know what works for my body not you. Literally the only reason I come here is cuz I live walking distance to the store and they have a few decent specials on bud. If you're looking to be treated well every single time you walk through the door or feel like you are welcome this is not the place.

The employees are all extremely unprofessional and rude with little to zero knowledge of their products or promotions. I get it’s a dispensary, but I’ve been going here for about 3-4 years now and I can genuinely tell you I’ve only had a “good” experience there maybe one time. Every time I go here I feel like I’m bugging the workers, like they are pissed I have questions. Because of my experience today with Robert, I will never be returning to this business
