The owner reached out to me and was extremely professional and polite and made it right and then some! It was very refreshing to see a business really care about their customers!
Was really hoping to like this place. Didn’t have any problems when I went in the first time. But yesterday, I bought a cart from here at 7:25 PM and when I got home around 9, I noticed it was expired and they were closed. I called first thing this morning and all they could say was “If it was yesterday we could return it.” The best they could offer me was 15% off another one. The item expired in March. I understand not having a return policy if you don’t like the product, but this product is literally expired and the best that they could do for me was offer 15% off of another one. That does not show great quality customer service in a business. I won’t be back.
