Hate to give this low of a rating because I've been with SK since they were on North Carefree. Owner and customer service is great but product last 5 times I've gone isn't. Red butange was horrible first and when I took it back and tried to tell them I was told all they can do is givee 25% off another bag not exchange it for me but admittedly knew there was a problem with it and told me they had since pulled product but instead of tossing it and taking huge loss would be throwing it in a blend. I stopped by last summer on a long camping trip through Colorado. At the time I just wanted to pick up some kratom for nerve pain that was flaring up, but I didn't expect it to be such an easy and welcoming experience. The store is pretty accessible if you use a wheelchair, and the employee there was very courteous, informative, and helpful. The capsules I bought were great quality and priced really fairly. I got the idea that there's a tremendous amount of care taken in stocking and it shows. The fact that I'm posting this 6 months after visiting should be a giveaway that there's something special going on at Soleil. A look through other reviews would tell you that much. Soleil is without a doubt the best headshop I've been to and after all this time I still think about the morning I went there looking for anything that could get me some relief on my vacation. I'm not often in Colorado and usually buy my kratom online, but I've not had success finding some of the same brands carried here in the store. I wish that Soleil had an online space so I could order exclusively from a business that sets the bar for what it means to be welcoming and customer oriented. If I'm ever in Colorado Springs again, I'll be back. Wonderful store. To the management: keep up the great work and think about opening an online storefront! You've got fans all over the country :)

Customer service was not it, used very profane language on the phone, and told me F- my mother, F- my life in a weird eruption out of nowhere. Someone had a bad day? not sure but man...

Great place with a large selection of kratom at a decent price. The employees are pretty cool and helpful too.

My wife and I have been shopping with this company for over 4 years. Throughout that time we have never had an issue with anything. The quality of their merchandise is the best in town and their prices can't be beat. This company genuinely cares about the experience of the customer and they do their best to make it positive from the moment you enter the store. I cannot recommend this place enough.
