Best Kratom shop around (they have other offerings as well such a Kava but that's not why I go). Friendly service with folks that are always welcoming and know what they are talking about. I came here because I was having problems with consistent quality at another kratom shop. Hint: (😂🦁). Well i came here to try them out. And man, absolutely perfect quality, and its consistently the same quality even towards the bottom of the bag. They guys that run this place know about kratom. As someone that has uses a responsible amount kratom everyday for the past 3 years, this has been the greatest quality ive ever seen. Come try it

First time I came in I talked with the owner, a great guy and someone who understands, the vibe was good for a few weeks, but the more and more I came in the more and more I felt like “Yea, that’s more like what I expected” from a Kratom store. Sometimes employees just blasting music, sometimes just educated guesses on the product you’re asking about. I had to switch stores, and for the sake of Kiody I won’t say which, but it has better, more fair prices which I wouldn’t have known about had I stuck with Kiody. Some of the 500 mg extract at Kiody can run up to 30-40 dollars, meanwhile I can get a 500 mg extract for 18 dollars at my new place. Just doesn’t feel serious enough when the owners aren’t around, if I wasn’t so lucky to meet Corey first then I probably wouldn’t have bought anything. Point is, there are better prices elsewhere with better quality and caring explanations. One girl that worked (or works) there seemed mature and helpful, but when it comes down to it, I don’t want to just get lucky when it comes to customer service. Stock started to get more and more iffy as well, meanwhile I’ll just have to wait a single day when my new store runs out of stock, and just like they said, it’s in stock the next day. Reliability. Just my criticism.
