Buyer beware. Went in looking for a cartridge charger. Asked for a certain brand. They did not have. Explained that I wasnt certain what would be compatible so guy showed me others, located in lower cabinet. Paid for it. Took it home. Would not take a charge. DOA. Drove back next morning and asked for refund. Guy (same one) told me he could exchange it. I told him I didn't want to take another chance. If it, too, was DOA, I didn't want to drive back. I asked, again, for a refund. Then Guy tells me all sales are final. I told him, that is not on my receipt and that he did not say anything yesterday...knowing I was not certain of compatibility. He points to a sign up near the ceiling that says all sales are final. Remember, I'm buying from cabinet shelf near floor. No sign there. Guy calls manager. No go. Exchange or go away. Guy takes my number and says manager wants to call me. No call. No surprise. Wonder what made them decide on all sales final? Too many defective items? So, buyer beware. There are a lot other vape shops in COS.

Ever since this place has been under new ownership it's been the only gas station I frequent. Arjun and the rest of staff really go out of there way to make customers feel welcomed. I truly appreciate all that you guys do. Thank you from the 💜✌🏻

The blur reason I am giving this place a one star is because I called them to see if they actually stayed opened 24 hours and had the products I needed before I made the 30 minute drive. They confirmed that they were open 24 hours and had the vapes I needed. I arrived at the location at 1205 a.m. as I went to open the door it was locked. I knocked on the window because I someone in the store and they signaled to me that there were closed. Definitely, not good customer service and false advertising as the hours on good states that it is opened 24 hours a day. What a waste of time.
