Although the customer service is excellent, this place is very expensive when it comes to cigars. The sweet Jane cigar there $11.99 compared to ABCs , same cigar $7.49 buy six or more 10% off the price $ 6.74 per cigar 🤔

This is the third time I bought a recommended product from here and they were all garbage. I actually got 2 This flower is like a real flower trash .I will now go to your competition online they deliver also you lost a customer.

Walk in this establishment, Purchased two products (purchased an item that was suggested from the employee) thinking that everything will be okay just to find out that one does not fit with the other, went back inside this establishment to exchange them.Could not exchange them because the product was outside of the package FYI did not leave the establishment stayed on property and the only thing he could say It's not only sorry but try to get me to purchase the proper Item that goes with the initial product that I already purchase. I am out of thirty dollars total waste of money on a product that i'm not gonna be able to use. I was very disappointed how everything was handled. Most definitely suggested you go to another establishment.
