I come here ALL the time. I love the deals and I love the specials. I bring people from out of town here all the time.. and I have never had service like I did today. Again, had someone from out of state with me this time. When we approached the counter the gentleman did not greet us, he more like stared in my face (unusual experience for me , I’m always greeted and offered products), when I stated that I was looking for the reserve , I was met with whatever is out is what we got. There was no offer to look it up in the system at all. I told him that it was out there he kept saying he did not have it. So we found it in the case and the other representative took it out for us. When we got back to the counter, he didn’t say anything, my boyfriend hits his nicotine vape in the store, and he proceeds to say you can not smoke on this property. He apologizes and says no it’s Nicotine vape (thinking it was okay because it was not an infused vape), and he responds and says it don’t matter I said you can not vape on the property. We both apologized and said okay, but you don’t have to be talking to people like your their parents and staring people down in the manner that you did. Once again just staring at us. If you do not want to be professional and courteous don’t come to work. If you don’t want to be helpful then don’t come to work. If you don’t want to be bothered in the morning then don’t come to work. When we left , we spoke to security about it as I requested to speak to the manager and of course it was him. Another customer, overheard us talking , came back and said that he’s always in a mood, and always like that. He said that there has been a rumor mill that he is very conservative so a lot of people stopped coming like they used to…. Idk if that’s true , but maybe this review will reach the owner. Again never had this experience EVER, but that’s okay, One Plant is down the street for a reason… I’m done here. That was wild.

Miles was amazing and was able to get the items that I had wanted. Very friendly very efficient. Communicated clearly and concisely. Honestly whenever you get assistance at this location everybody is extremely knowledgeable about the products. and helping you if you have any questions. A big thank you to Miles who always greets you with an amazing smile and positive energy. They truly care for the customers not just another face but tailor the experience with everyone who comes through.

This dispensary is top-notch! The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with great recommendations. The product selection is fantastic—everything is high quality, fresh, and exactly what you’d hope for. Plus, the daily discounts make it even better! Whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time, you’ll feel welcome here. Definitely my go-to spot!

The most rude, unprofessional general manager waited on me.. did not know his own products ...was rude ...unprofessional and for lack of other words ignorant about his business. I will never never never recommend or patronize this business again

I love the staff I love the prices and most of the product but they have got to get that Lolo flower out of there I had small black bugs in my 8th of smalls I'm guessing this is a issue with Lolo and not the dispensary but damn that's $20 out the window.

I've enjoyed informative interaction with the staff, especially just after with just minutes to spare before closing the doors for the night. As they do promptly at 8 pm,every night. )it's safe to say I leave with smile on my face while holding that annanous green bag on my way out the door.

Love the experience and the 510 cart selection. Friendly folks, too! They have a cool pot element poster on the wall, I don't think the picture does it justice.

Usually I love coming to Delta....but today not at all. I went in went straight to the counter and the cashier was already looking like she didn't want to help me. I told her what i wanted i payed and she put my order on the counter and i asked if could please get a bag and she said she thought i was using my purse and i stood back and said i don't have my purse. She rudely put my stuff in a bag and as i walking away she made a meow cat fight noice at me. Spoke to the manager i know she's not gonna do anything about it. Definitely NOT going to that cashier again. Like i said everyone else has always been nice so i will be back

I've been going to a lot of these places. To check them out. This place actually had some good deals. And what I spent last me a good while. Unlike Coastal. Which I haven't done a review for yet but that one's not going to be good. So yeah I highly recommend this place it's worth the drive it's a nice drive anyway. Good people too
