I had stopped in to quickly grab a battery as mine died and we're on the road. I asked for a good quality battery and he grabbed one right away and said this was the best so I got it and ran! The guy was super friendly, relaxing atmosphere with nice music. No complaints.

The girl with all the piercings in her face was rude as hell she had no interest in helping me out as a new customer I asked to sign up for rewards and she made me feel like it was a bother to her. Mind you no one else was shopping at the time but me.

I’m not from Tulsa Oklahoma originally I’m a California lady and I just moved here to Oklahoma a year ago! I wanted to Vap for the first time so I looked this business up and here we go! First off I want to say that the customer service was very poor, the workers look like they are all recovering addicts that don’t know how to interact with the public! My complaint is this: since I’ve never Vap before and the product should have been explained to me thoroughly instead I bought a $80 Vap with no batteries so when I got home I was confused! I had to go back and purchase a battery and was told that I would receive a discount for my trouble! Didn’t receive a discount only $5 of my loyalty points! As you can see I was charged basically the full price for a battery and charger!! You can’t return any products all sales are Final!! I feel as though I was cheated and the customer Service from their employees are LOUSY! I will never support this business EVER AGAIN!

usually love this place prices are low and everyone is usually friendly, but went in today to grab some kratom, and some girl I’ve never seen working there before was about as rude as a person could be and literally just pointed anytime I asked a question. guy that rang me up was friendly enough though. I guess pointing at a few things was all the work she could handle 🤷‍♂️
