Purchased a faulty disposable (battery shorted right after I bought it), and immediately researched everything. The box shows their socials and I commented about my issue. Within an hour, I received a comment back and the Vice President of sales was actually working through the details with me. After a quick dm and exchanging information, I was able to receive a replacement order.

Hopefully in the near future I will swing by the actual store location.
