Fluent does not know anything about customer service they just change your point system to screw over there devoted customers. They took my $80 worth of points and turned it into $20 worth of points I guess they're not aware of all the competition and that they need us more than we need them this company knows nothing about customer service keep changing your policies your buildings empty most of the time . My money spends anywhere else but here. I've been a good customer for 3 years I will not be returning until they figure out how to provide customer service at fluent

Keondrick & Marielle deserve a raise. I always get what I’m looking for here, fast service, good prices and inventory. But about a month ago while I was at the counter paying for my order a man rushed into the store skipping past check in. He was headed to the back of the store very fast, ignoring Marielle who was asking him to check in. Within 5 seconds Keondrick stopped the man and asked him to check in. The man became extremely aggressive and was cussing. Keondrick personally escorted him out of the store. The whole event lasted less than 30 seconds. Marielle escorted me to my car to be safe afterwards. In this day and age people don’t go out of their way for others. Keondrick kept us all safe and handled the situation calmly but assertively, and went back to work like nothing happened. Marielle is always so kind and helpful, and told me she was seconds away from pulling me behind the register for safety. It’s rare to meet people who care at their jobs these days. Keep up the good work!

Great service from Pedro! He kept me from getting something that wasnt right for me and set me up to ensure my needs were met. Can't wait to sleep like a baby. Really appreciate him taking the time to walk me through all the options.

Every time I come here they’re genuinely so helpful, patient and kind. It never feels like some sort of sales pitch. I think it’s Thomas (so sorry if I’m wrong) that’s usually in there when I pop by and he’s awesome. I truly cannot compliment the whole staff enough!

Two stars because the staff is pretty cool. Compared to EVERY other dispensary ive been to, their flower is worse. Always extremely dry unless you pay top dollar for the "best" they have to offer but even then its not worth it because the quality doesnt match the price... For vapers, the mood all in one is great though!

April Ampy was so incredibly rude to my friend and I! Why would a GM talk to us so condescendingly for asking a question regaurding thc percentages? She acted as though I shouldn't have even been asking her, but reading the screen instead.

Man I have never had a bad experience here. Also, their deals are better than any in the area. Sunburn charges almost double what they do. 27% thc for $25???? Anywhere else that's easily $40 but fluent keeps good bud on good discounts and for that I am eternally grateful. Two eighths and a half gram cart for $75. Plsssss I love this place so much
