My other review was shit I'm sorry, these employees know all there is to know about the products, devices, and whatever question I've ever had. Might be a little pricier, but the attention to detail about what they are selling, is worth it!. Every experience I've had has been a pleasure.

There were a series of misunderstandings that have occurred at this place of business. . Something happened sideways between my friend and this place of business all over a simple error that could've been corrected. What ended up happening was the incorrect type of cartridges were sold to my friend and all we simply needed was a replacement. Particularly he was sold Hybrid rather than Indica which is the only "weed" that my best friend can do. Cannot do anything else due to his anxiety disorder and Sativa or Hybrids can trigger it worse. We went there tonight and I was shocked by the entire situation that occurred on the day of February 13, 2026 around 7ish PM. The very same employee who made the error of selling the incorrect weed type spoke with all of their local colleagues including the management with their establishment collectively made the decision to ban my friend due to alleged aggressions that were done to that individual that occurred near the time of closing on Sunday February 8 2026. I was in the car and all I was told is that he was to get either a refund or an exchange If there's a no Exchange or refund policy - can you please let myself know so I'll know neutrally what to do on my end? I am unfamiliar with the dispensary procedures as it is. I will say from my own point of view - I have no clue what happened, all I was focused on was taking him to get his Indica fix (this is all I know from my end) but if you wish to take me aside in private so I can hear your perspective - I would like to have an intelligent, calm, rational discussion where we can discuss the what's not the whos (and I promise, I will be courteous, sweet, no name calling except ma'am or madam, and we can speak as adults) . Apparently there was a great deal of name calling between all parties and let's just say - it threw the situation into an undesirable outcome for all parties and it led to many hard feelings from many people. (I know sometimes my friend tends to exaggerate on what happened and sometimes I got to take the meat and toss the bones.) If you can - May I have a conversation with you in private to get your all's side. This is so I can know the truth for myself. I promise you, I come in peace. If you can't do the refund due to the store's policy, that is totally fine, Please communicate that with me and we can figure something else out. For my review - Please try your best to be more neutral and pay attention to the type of weed that is sold. If someone says Indica, you give them Indica. Not Hybrid. Simply put. Elizabeth was very friendly. I don’t like how the owners fired former employees though. They make money hand over fist and disregard the workers who make them their money. I was unaware of that until I was given this survey. Elizabeth is great…the owners sound terrible though. Treat your people with dignity. It isn’t hard.
