My recent experience with EarthMed was very positive!! Meghan was working the floor and she helped me tremendously!! She was patient, professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable!!
Nick, from the security staff, was working the floor when I was shopping there the other day too…He was very nice, helpful and extremely respectful..
EarthMed is my go to dispensary now since I’ve moved in the area….
Meghan and Nick are great employees and EarthMed should be proud of them!!!!!

I simply bought a rechargeable 510 battery. I confirmed that it was chargeable, and that was that.
After not being able to use the $200 of weed that I bought because the battery died the night was understandably not super happy.

Two trips for one $10 rechargeable battery that doesn’t recharge a complete waste of my time (That’s what the clerks told me after asking )

What made me upset is that nobody offered to make the situation right at all. I don’t think anybody cared though cause I just left disappointed and obviously it was not a big deal to them. I’m definitely not a gonna talk to the manager kind of guy, but I definitely didn’t see anyone one in charge to help.

And no, I don’t wanna go to vape guys to buy something I can buy there. I don’t want free stuff either. I work. . I just want things to be made right.

Customer service has official died. Two trips 30 minutes for a $10. I don’t think so.
