This is a great location convenient for people in Wisconsin looking to come across the border.
The staff are friendly, and yes, these are Illinois prices but the quality is good and there’s usually a sale going on.
Very quick, easy and straightforward experience with kind staff

The regular front staff is great,but there is a female Lead/supervisor/manager that's just horrendous in her phone etiquette. I made a phone call regarding about certain edible products and whoever answered the phone at first didn't seem to know (that's fine) and then someone else took the call. I'm a assuming she is in a higher position of sorts. Let me just say from the beginning she started with attitude. I mean absolutely abismal tone. Very condescending responses and honestly at that point it was clear to see that she didn't want to answer my questions. Perhaps they were busy that day, but at least keep up your professionalism and don't do things in a hurry or with such condescending attitude. It's hard to want to support this dispensary anymore. Front staff is great,but Upper management Staff/supervisors seem to have a high horse. Rather take my money where everyone has proper customer service skill and no blatant disrespectful attitude. Will not be coming back to this place ever again. Train some your staff in better phone etiquette skills and don't be so rude.
