3 stars is not because of there product it’s because they have questionable customer service . As soon as you purchase n before you can exit and go it’s like they get a poor tip or no tip n that friendly customer service is out the window and your job customer service shouldn’t be based on wether you receive a tip or not

First time visiting the store and Monty was an excellent help in guiding my selection from their wide offerings of product. 10/10 experience

We went here to get my medical card. The woman who helped me with the card explained how it all works. I'm sorry but I can't remember (if I remember I'll edit) the name of the budtender guy who helped me shop, but he was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and worked with us to remain within our budget yet get the most we could. Didn't mind all my questions...patient guy. LOL There is decent parking. There is easy handicapped access. The outside is kept up. Don't bring your kids. The store is very nice! Comfortable temperature, light, nice displays on the wall, decent music mostly and LOTS of staff. So the line goes pretty quick. Decent prices and everything we purchased was great. No problems. But if we'd had a cartridge problem they are good about letting you return. You should call them first to learn how to do it. Overall, this is a great chain of stores so far. I do wish that once I signed up at this store that I didn't have to sign up at all the Docksides. Maybe I misunderstood, I'll call them and find out. Anyway, we'll be shopping here. Great place. I totally recommend Dockside.

Loved it so much. They have a Marijuana History area which was really cool to read up on. The selection is outstanding... something for everyone. Reasonably priced. Pretty packaging. Informative reps.

Good selection of edibles and all that. Wouldn’t come here for flower again though. I got a couple different 1/8ths based off their recommendations and paid top shelf prices for some mediocre flower.

Whenever I come to Seattle I visit this store. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are great. David was very helpful when I went in today and made my visit enjoyable, a rarity these days in retail establishments.

Always have a good experience here! I usually place an online order to get the discount, but even if I place it and go straight to the shop, they've always got it done. Plus I've never had to wait in line. I wish there were more options at the lower price points but it's comparable to other shops in that way.

I'm from out of town and wasn't sure what to expect from Dockside. I've been to some cannabis stores before but this place felt friendly, open and non intimidating. I love there were windows and a lot of natural light creating a very positive vibe. Not your grandma's basement lol. It's big and airy (which I especially appreciate with covid happening). The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that they have an ATM with NO FEES! It was cool to learn about the different types of weed and the history of the plant cuz there's a dang cannabis museum in this place too! Really it has it all and if you haven't been yet then you need to GO!
