The pre rolls you guys sell as a whole are shit. Not to weight. Not consistent. Not packed. All around a scam. Wouldn't recommend the 5pack .5 gram pre rolls. I only buy carts from them and those seem ok so far.

Very solid pricing, good weekly deals and the quality is always top notch! Carts at 10/10! Edit- they had a special going on at 50 percent off and I bought three carts. I left them In the packaging until I wanted to use them. The first cart worked perfectly but the 2nd cart completely came apart out of the packaging. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do for me since it’s been a week since I purchased. They told me I should have opened all the carts I bought and tried them all out within 48 hours which seems kind of ridiculous to me. If I used half the cart and it came apart I would totally understand and accept responsibility. But the fact that it came apart right out of the packaging I feel is no fault of mine and should be corrected. Unfortunately for them there are a lot of other options in Sioux Falls with good pricing. I guess I’ll go to royzzzz or east river for my carts from now on.

Was the best dispensary in South Dakota, until they brought out the select and choice options and jacked up the prices when it's all the same product. And what is with the "retro cannabis", way too many seeds and stems! Need to limit pre-roll bogo offer, they're always sold out in the same day.

Don’t know who the blonde budtender with glasses is but almost everytime I come in there she’s more than rude to me for not doing a thing. I was in there 01/22 with a completely different budtender as she was helping another customer. As she finishes up with her customer she comes over to stand over the shoulder of the man helping me. As he hands me my change I tell him “ Appreciate it and have a great weekend.” Before I can turn around she’s mocking my voice “I appreciate it.” Right after I had just put money in the tip jar…. Every other budtender talks kindly and is always friendly. I would say this is my second to third unfriendly encounter with this budtender and I would like to know why she wants to be a jerk on the clock?

I came in today and was helped by a lovely gal who shared a name with me haha. Amber was great! Very knowledgeable and thorough. It was my first time in so she took me on a little tour of everything they had and helped me get my perfect selection. It was my very first time in a dispensary. I just had to note that it did not smell like marijuana inside at all! It's reassuring to know that all of the packages that I was sold are all completely airtight. Truly impressed by the quality of this store and I will definitely be back.

Don't use their card machine, they charged me $7 extra for it. Just to use my card. I get a couple dollars, but $7? That's greedy and I honestly just don't want to go there anymore. They told me on the phone it said on the card machine, but I read everything on the card machine and it was not there. It could have been but the tender held the machine the whole time and I couldn't see the screen 100% of the time. Maybe they did that on purpose so I wouldn't see the extra charge. And your bank still charges you extra on top of that. Also the lady on the phone thought she put me on hold, but she actually didn't. And I heard her complain about me and say " I put her on hold and she might hang up but I don't care", wow, next time I go in I'm definitely bringing attention to this. All these comments saying they have good customer service, yeah besides when they think you can't hear them.

I was rushed, no way to smell product before buying. No ounces for sale, they suggest you just go ahead and buy 8 overpriced eighths. If I buy eight eighths I expect an ounce price. Figure it out geniuses! Also the rosin was absolutely disgusting completely overwhelmed with chlorophyll smell and taste. Definitely the worst dispensary I've tried in the Sioux Falls Area so far. My first time there I got 75% off and still was only just satisfied with the quality for the money. Made the mistake of going back a second time and always regretted it. Flower was okay but seemed like it was sprayed with artificial terpenes and maybe something else. Overall I found the experience of trying to buy ounces of flower very frustrating with no clear solution, no good options to mix and match, and always some catch that drives the price up. Oh yeah and the employees always acted like I was stupid for trying to figure out how to get an ounce at a decent price, maybe they were right LOL! They only have pre-packed ounces of certain types, and everything is prepacked. So yeah no way to get most things in ounce quantity, let alone half ounce or quarter or whatever, there should be price breaks every time you go up in amount like anywhere else. Their business model is definitely not smart, charging the same price for eighths no matter how many you get! All their sales are essentially a trick and you will never be able to get what you want for the price you think it should be. Go somewhere else!
